Romabio | Masonry Flat
For Interior & Exterior Masonry | Mineral-Based | Long-Lasting Flat Finish
🧼 1. Prep the Surface
Before painting, ensure your surface is:
-
Clean, solid, and free of dust, oil, grease, and loose paint.
-
Free from rising damp, salt deposits, or active water damage.
-
Slightly dampened before application (especially when hot or sunny).
| Surface Type | Primer Needed? |
|---|---|
| Unpainted, absorbent brick or stone | ❌ No Primer Needed |
| Painted brick, concrete, Hardie board, stucco | ✅ Yes – MicroGrip Primer |
🎨 2. First Coat (Base Layer)
Masonry Flat is ready-to-use but can be diluted for easier application. We recommend 0–5% for brush/roller and 0–8% for sprayers.
🧪 BEFORE YOU START: Mix thoroughly and dampen your surface to improve bond and reduce flash drying.
🧪 Optional 5% Dilution for First Coat (Brush/Roller)
