Summary
Romabio® Masonry Flat is a premium mineral-based paint designed for interior and exterior masonry surfaces. It chemically bonds with brick and stone through silicatization, creating a long-lasting, breathable finish that won’t peel or trap moisture. Ideal for modern limewash-style aesthetics with long-term durability.
Surface Prep
- Surface must be clean, solid, and free of dust, grease, and loose paint.
- No active water damage, salt deposits, or rising damp.
- Lightly dampen surface before application (especially in heat).

No primer required
Painted masonry / stucco / concrete
Use MicroGrip Primer
Application – First Coat
- Ready-to-use or dilute 0–5% (brush/roller), 0–8% (spray).
- Mix thoroughly before use.
- Apply to a dampened surface.
- Maintain a wet edge and work section to section.
- Dry time: 8–12 hours.

Application – Second Coat
- Apply same method as first coat.
- Re-mix paint if it has been sitting.
- Avoid overworking the surface.
- Dry: 8–12 hours (full cure ~15 days).
Pro Tip: Work in shade or cooler parts of the day. Lightly mist surface in hot/dry conditions to prevent flash drying.
