This system is intended for properly prepared surfaces only. Any existing mold or mildew must first be completely cleaned and treated prior to priming or painting. Paint and primer products do not kill existing mold. Aura® Bath & Spa and Aqua Lock® Primer are designed to help create a durable, mildew-resistant coating in high-humidity environments after proper surface preparation. For heavily affected areas, proper remediation may be required before repainting.
