ENVIROTHANE 100 WARM CLEAR SELF-SEAL TOPCOAT (Envirolak EL100XX)
Premium Warm Clear Urethane Topcoat with Self-Sealing Properties
Envirolak EL100XX is a high-performance warm clear urethane topcoat designed for professional interior wood finishing applications. This product delivers exceptional durability, stain resistance, and a smooth hand-feel reminiscent of traditional solvent-based coatings—while maintaining a low VOC, water-based formula. It meets or exceeds KCMA standards as a 1K product and can be catalyzed with CAT100-LV Hardener or crosslinked with CAT150 Crosslinker for enhanced chemical, scratch, and mar resistance.

Application & Performance:
Designed for spray application using air-assisted airless, airless, HVLP, or conventional cup guns. Reduction is not required when spraying with air-assisted airless or airless systems, but adding 3% RX010 Reducer or 5-10% water will improve application characteristics. Recommended for use over raw wood, Envirostain, 170, 170-TB, 180 primers, SEAL300, and as a self-seal or over itself as a 1K or 2K system.
