Envirolak ELPRT9000 is a professional-grade, single-component primer engineered for both refinishing and new construction. It delivers industry-leading stain, dye, and tannin blocking while providing excellent adhesion on previously finished surfaces, veneers, solid wood, MDF, and even certain non-porous materials like concrete and stone. This easy-to-use 1K system cures quickly, creating a robust base for Envirolak’s 200, 400, and 800 series topcoats.

Application & Performance:
ELPRT9000 sprays smoothly through air-assisted airless, airless, HVLP, or conventional cup guns. No reduction is typically required; simply warm or thin slightly with water to suit colder temperatures or certain application methods. Proper surface prep is critical—remove grease or oils thoroughly, lightly sand, and apply one or two coats of PRT9000. Allow appropriate drying time before topcoating with Envirolak’s 200, 400, or 800 series.
