High-Performance Isocyanate Hardener for Water-Based Finishes
EnviroCat 100-LV (ELCAT100-LV) is an ultra-low viscosity, isocyanate-based hardener engineered to significantly boost the performance of Envirolak’s primers and topcoats. Ideal for enhancing hardness, chemical resistance, and adhesion, this hardener also increases gloss by 5–10% in waterborne topcoats. Once mixed, the pot life is limited (2–6 hours), so be mindful of temperature and equipment pressures. Store tightly sealed and protect from moisture, as haziness indicates product deterioration.

Application & Performance:
Mix EnviroCat 100-LV into Envirolak primers or topcoats under mechanical agitation for several minutes to ensure a smooth film. Pot life varies based on the volume of hardener and ambient conditions. Any unused mixture will gel once the pot life expires. Store in a cool, dry place—if the hardener appears hazy or forms a skin, do not use.
