Rosco Supersaturated Roscopaint Velour Black is a premium concentrated vinyl acrylic scenic paint designed for professional scenic, theatrical, and artistic applications. Its highly concentrated formula can be diluted with water or Rosco Clear Acrylic Glaze to create everything from opaque colour fields to translucent washes with exceptional intensity. • Dilute at a minimum 1:1 ratio with water, Rosco Clear Acrylic Glaze, or a combination of both.
• Additional dilution reduces colour strength and creates glaze or wash effects.
• If diluting with more than 5 parts water, binder strength may decrease.
• Use Rosco Clear Acrylic Glaze to help restore adhesion and flexibility at higher dilution levels.

Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of dirt and grease before application. For porous surfaces other than fabrics, use Rosco Tough Prime as a base coat. On new plaster, first apply a suitable commercial primer or sealer made for raw plaster, then finish with Rosco Tough Prime before painting.

Stir thoroughly before each use. Apply in thin, even coats using a high-quality brush, roller, or spray gun. Maintain a wet edge during application and use overlapping strokes for the most uniform appearance. When rolling, change direction frequently to help minimize patterns and streaking.

• Do not apply when surface or air temperatures are below 50°F (10°C).
• Protect from freezing.
• Avoid prolonged skin contact or inhalation of spray mist.
• Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only in well-ventilated areas.
