Rosco Clear Acrylic Glazes are versatile acrylic mediums designed to protect painted finishes, increase adhesion and flexibility in scenic paints, and create transparent glazes. Use them as a topcoat to shield your painted scenery from incidental abuse or add them to your paints to boost performance. They work perfectly with all Rosco Scenic Paints and many other water-based or latex formulations.

• Enhances adhesion and flexibility when added to paints – ideal for casein or tempera paints.
• Provides a durable topcoat to protect scenic paintings from basic wear and tear.
• Improves water resistance when mixed with Iddings Deep Colors.
• Allows scenic artists complete control over the finished depth and appearance.

Always dilute at least 1:1 with water. Failure to dilute may cause clouding as the medium dries. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dirt or grease. Stir well before use and apply by brush, roller, or spray gun in thin, uniform coats. For backdrops, a Hudson sprayer helps maintain flexibility.

• Solvent: Water
• Binder Type: Vinyl acrylic
• Dilution: Always dilute at least 1:1 with water
• Film Thickness: 1 mil (at 1:1 dilution)
• Coverage: Approximately 600 sq. ft. per gallon (56 sq. m. per 3.79L)
• Dry Time: Dries to the touch in 30-45 minutes at 75°F (24°C); re-coat in 1-2 hours
• Clean-Up: Soap and water
• Shelf Life: Minimum 24 months (when stored in a temperature controlled environment)
• Packaging: 1 Gallon (3.79L)

• Do not apply when surface or air temperature is below 50°F (10°C).
• Protect against freezing.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin or inhaling spray; use with adequate ventilation.
• Do not ingest. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
